Varsity Soccer teams will go head-to-head with competing schools in the annual homecoming soccer games, Saturday, Oct. 18. The girls will face The Master's School on Orr Field at noon. The Boys game will begin immediately afterward, with kick-off at 2:30 p.m against the Hoosac School.

I have even begun to question whether it makes sense for young men and women to be participating at a level of play that heightens the risk of enduring such traumatic injuries.

The Pride of Musical Theater

Students from the Creative Arts Diploma Program (CAP) and Musical Theater went to see The Lion King in Boston on Thursday Oct. 1. For two hours at the Boston Opera House, students were transported to the African Savanna for an incredible adventure. Originally a 1994 Disney animated movie, in 1997, The Lion King opened as a Broadway musical directed by Julie Taymor—and has since taken the American public by storm.
