With the end of the semester in the distance, exams are quickly approaching. However, students still need to represent the School’s core values. Plagiarism and unethical use of Artificial Intelligence remain unacceptable in any academic circumstance.
The ethical use of AI in education is a testament to one of our core values, honesty.
We collectively acknowledge the benefits of using AI, and their assistance of the learning process.
However, as the landscape of AI detectors is being revolutionized by more sophisticated AI humanizers, it is important to recognize their obstruction towards effective learning.
According to the School’s student handbook, “the School’s goal is to help students understand how these tools can be used, while still upholding personal integrity and ethics when creating work.”
Don’t take shortcuts, follow the honor code, and hold yourselves accountable.
