    Friday, the community enjoyed Mia Kundert’s ’16 hilarious student-directed performance of “Almost, Maine.”

    In this scene (above), Marvalyn accidentally hits Steve, a complete stranger, with an ironing board. In the conversation that follows we learn that Steve has a unique condition that doesn’t let him feel pain. Marvalyn, who is in an unhappy relationship, is captivated by Steve’s naivety and sweetness—and we see that love might be first and only thing that could hurt Steve.
