Kitchen Organizes First Annual End-Of-Year Barbecue

With clear skies and warm weather, Thursday afternoon, the kitchen hosted its first annual outdoor barbecue to celebrate the end of the academic year.

“The kitchen team has been planning and preparing for this meal since we came back from spring break, and we are very excited to start a new tradition here at Brimmer,” Head Chef Craig Roman said.

With burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, corn, coleslaw, pickles, chips, and Arnold Palmers, the kitchen pulled out all of the stops to serve smiling faces.

As a special treat, the kitchen also spent two months preparing 450 delicious cookies and ice cream sandwiches decorated with School-colored sprinkles.
