On January 10, the School held its annual Coffee House event in the Dining Commons. Coffee House is an event at the School where students and teachers have the opportunity to perform in front of an audience. Performances at Circles 19: A Coffee House included three poetry readings, a traditional Indian dance, and a sing-along finale with the entire audience.

“This is the first time since COVID that we have been able to have it back in the dining room with a live audience. Last year, we had it in the theater with no live audience,” Creative Arts Department Chair Bill Jacob said. “A coffee house traditionally, is a place where people can come together and perform for each other. We think they serve a good purpose. We think they bring community; we think they bring people together; we think they are like no other performance or concert that we have at this school.”
