Tavio Mares-Van Praag is an 11th grade student in his third year in the newsroom. He enjoys writing and filming sports content. Outside of the newsroom, he likes playing and watching soccer along with sailing, snowboarding, and basketball. Tavio runs The Gator‘s sports broadcasting initiative and is a proud producer and commentator for the livestreams.

Edward is an 12th-grader at Brimmer and in his free time enjoys hiking and listening to music and watching movies. He enjoys Journalism because it can help other people learn more about the world.
