Senior Writer Zoe Kaplan ’21 and Managing Editor Karly Hamilton ’21 won localizing coverage awards today from the New England Scholastic Journalism Association.

Kaplan was recognized for her opinion piece, Internet Addiction is Real, while Hamilton was recognized for her news article, Visa Crackdown Targets International Students.

“I couldn’t be prouder of these two great young journalists,” Adviser David Cutler said. “As the first individual award-winners of the year, Zoe and Karly should feel especially proud of their accomplishments. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this spring.”
