The 22 annual Coffee House, Circles, is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 8, offering students, faculty and alumni an opportunity to perform in a supportive environment.
“A circle represents peace, reunion, and community. And one of the things I love about the coffee house is reunion and community,” said Ted Barker-Hook, Upper School Humanities Teacher who runs Circles yearly. “I adore that we are fostering community, showing each other different parts of ourselves.”
In a Pre-K-12 school, community members enjoy an opportunity to interact with other divisions.
“I love seeing lower school teachers, middle school students, and alumni come back to perform or just enjoy what’s going on,” said Barker-Hook.
Circles 22 is set for tomorrow at 6:30 p,m. with dinner beginning 30 minutes prior to the event.
