Week 33 featured four exciting match-ups, including one where Leicester City secured themselves a spot in the champions league for next season.

West Ham 3:3 Arsenal

On Saturday, after a very competitive 90-minutes, West Ham came back from a two goal deficit, tying Arsenal 3:3 which kept them in third place and only two points above Manchester City. The game started out in Arsenal’s favor with Mesut Ozil shooting the ball into the bottom right corner of the net off of a through from Alex Iwobi in the 17th minute. In the 34th minute, Alexis Sanchez scored an almost identical goal from a through by Iwobi and placing the ball again into the bottom right corner of the net. Ten minutes later, Andy Carroll scored his first goal of the night off of a header into the bottom right corner of the net from a cross by Aaron Cresswell. In the last seconds of the first half, Carroll tied up the game by shooting the ball into the bottom left corner of the net off of a corner kick. In the 51st minute, Carroll completed his hat trick by heading the ball into the top left corner of the net off of a cross from Michail Antonio. In the 70th minute, Laurent Koscielny scored the final goal of the match for Arsenal to tie up the game with a shot into the top right corner of the net following a corner kick from Danny Welbeck.

Manchester City 2:1

In the second game on Saturday, Manchester City beat West Brom 2:1 to put them only two points behind Arsenal in the league table. Just five minutes into the match, Stephane Sessegnon scored for West Brom by shooting the ball into the bottom right corner of the net off of a cross from James McClean. In the 18th minute, Sergio Aguero scored a penalty kick into the bottom right corner of the net to tie the game up 1:1. Finally in the 65th minute, Samir Nasri taps the ball into the bottom left corner off of a deflection to win the game for Manchester City.

Tottenham Hotspur 3:0 Manchester United

On Sunday, Tottenham completely shut out Manchester United with a 3:0 win. The first goal didn’t occur until late in the 69th minute, when Dele Alli slotted the ball home off of a pass from Christian Eriksen. In the 73rd minute, Toby Alderweireld headed the ball into the bottom right corner of the net off of a cross from Erik Lamela. Just over a minute later, Lamela put the icing on the cake by shooting the ball into the bottom left corner of the net off of a pass from Danny Rose.

Leicester City 2:0 Sunderland

In the last game on Sunday, Leicester City beat Sunderland 2:0 to guarantee their spot in the Champions League for the next season as well as put them 7 points ahead of the second place Spurs in the league table. The first goal came late, in the 65th minute when Vardy scored off a pass from Daniel Drinkwater. The second goal occurred 5 minutes into extra time off of a pass from Demarai Gray, Vardy shot the ball down the center of the goal line under the goalkeeper.
