Community Rejoices at Thanksgiving Assembly
The Middle and Upper Schools held its traditional Thanksgiving assembly last Monday, with special friends and families also in attendance.
Head of School Judith Guild took to the stage first, highlighting the School’s commitments to respect, responsibility, honesty and kindness.
Guild also introduced Frances Fremont-Smith ’75, who delivered the keynote address. “I am thankful to Brimmer and May,” Fremont-Smith said. “The teachers really helped to build my confidence so that I was able to start my life journey. Now, I am able to come back to Brimmer as a teacher to help and teach students”
The audience also enjoyed musical performances by May Chorale and Greenline, as well as student addresses from Samuel Lapat ’21 and Alexis Ifill ’17.
